• Booking information — name, phone number, email address, pickup address, and garment details you provide through our scheduling partner (Calendly).
• Contact form submissions — name, email, and message content when you contact us through the website.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party ad networks.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.
• We do not store customer data in any database on our own servers — bookings live in Calendly, messages arrive by email.

3. How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Schedule and complete your alteration service.
• Communicate about your order (confirmations, pricing, pickup timing).
• Respond to inquiries you send through the contact form.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted services to run our business. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Email provider — used to deliver messages from our contact form.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the minimum cookies required for the site to function. We do not run third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. If we ever add analytics, we will use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that do not collect personal identifiers.

6. Data retention

We keep booking and communication records only as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy tax and legal recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at Jamshidi@novadoorsteptailor.com.

Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
